Im Oktober 2020 haben all unsere F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte zusammen mit der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung in einem intensiven Workshop unsere zehn F\u00fchrungsleitlinien erarbeitet. Die Leitlinien haben sich in den letzten f\u00fcnf Jahren als fester Qualit\u00e4tsma\u00dfstab bei INRO gefestigt. Sie definieren das Verst\u00e4ndnis von F\u00fchrung und legen fest, was Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften erwarten k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d882490 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d882490\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Unsere F\u00fchrungsleitlinien:\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4e57a211 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4e57a211\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li><strong>Wertsch\u00e4tzung zeigen:<\/strong>\u00a0Wir begegnen jedem Mitarbeiter mit Respekt und zeigen Interesse an der Person.<\/li><li><strong>Verantwortung \u00fcbernehmen:<\/strong>\u00a0Wir treten f\u00fcr unsere Mitarbeiter ein und k\u00fcmmern uns um einen fairen Umgang miteinander.
