Your technology partner in the Rhein-Main area.
Our in-house manufacturing floor is located right next to our research and development department and is equipped with cutting-edge machines, so that we can manufacture any lot size from extremely small to large and even individualized products cost-effectively. Several assembly lines provide the capacity to carry out multiple orders simultaneously. We can see through the whole value-added process from the first idea to the final product in our house, which creates the best platform to respond to customer requirements flexibly and also makes us your powerful technology partner in the long run.
Two modern, fully automated SMT lines featuring batch testing, automatic retooling check, and an AOI test system at the end of the soldering process represent our high quality in manufacturing.
We have two modern, fully automated THT machines for through-hole mounting featuring a wave-soldering unit as well as two selective soldering units.
In addition to individual assembly workspaces, we rely on product-specific assembly lines for large-scale manufacturing, where our employees are working side-by-side with state-of-the-art industrial robots.
All components and products are tested according to their intended use – from function and load tests to targeted aging (burn-in).
In our opinion, “Quality is not tested, but made.” That is why we apply high standards of quality from the very beginning of development and, thus, achieve low scrap and failure rates. And that, in turn, enables us to achieve optimal product quality for our customers in multidisciplinary teams using first-class testing and rework stations.
The logistics department supplies our manufacturing with the relevant commodities and eventually takes care of the timely dispatch of the finished product by a forwarding agent or a parcel service – safely stowed in disposable or returnable packaging.
In the unlikely event that a product should be defective despite our high quality standards, we can remedy defects at our state-of-the-art rework stations and even rework individual components if necessary.
