INRO Elektrotechnik is consistently adapting to the changing demands of the market and, with the newly established Technical Staff reporting to the Management, is creating targeted support in the early stages of customer projects.<\/p>

The aim of this organisational development is to be able to present robust solutions more quickly and thus win new customers. Crucial for this is the ability to understand customer requirements early on, refine them, and translate them into viable technical concepts.<\/p>

Particularly in today's market situation, requests are often incomplete or not yet clearly formulated. This is precisely where INRO intentionally steps in: the company sees itself not just as an implementation partner, but as an active technical consultant who develops the optimal solution together with the customer.<\/p>

With the appointment of Michael Ries and Roland Pl\u00f6tz to the Technical Staff, INRO is bringing precisely the expertise to the crucial point in the process that is necessary for this aspiration. Both have over 30 years of experience within the company and have shaped numerous successful products, systems, and solutions during this time.<\/p>

Your particular strengths lie in holistic system understanding, a conceptual approach, and the ability to process complex requirements in a structured, solution-oriented manner. This competence will now be specifically applied in the enquiry and early concept phase to provide optimal support for sales and establish a reliable foundation for projects from the outset.<\/p>

At the same time, series development remains a central cornerstone at INRO. Over many years, a strong development team has been built up which possesses a high degree of technical depth and expertise. This structure will not be changed, but rather specifically strengthened by the new division of tasks.<\/p>

The technical staff assumes the structuring and preparatory role in the early phase, while series development continues to bear responsibility for the technical elaboration, implementation, and series maturity. Additionally, the extensive experience of the technical staff is actively incorporated into development and sustainably anchored there.<\/p>

This clear division of tasks allows INRO to create more transparency, higher efficiency, and even stronger alignment with market demands. The company thus specifically combines speed in the customer phase with stability and quality in implementation.<\/p>
