At INRO, we have long emphasised \"regionality\". We offer our employees the entire product portfolio from a single source. This means that our development and production are \"Made in Germany\". From Purchasing or Marketing, it's just a flight of stairs and an ESD airlock away from our production facility.<\/p>

As a family-run company, INRO is committed to its home region of Rhine-Main. Short supply chains and job security are our understanding of sustainability and our contribution to strengthening the production location in Germany.<\/p>

To this end, we have been working together with universities from the surrounding area for a long time. Students from Aschaffenburg Technical University and Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences are already regular guests at INRO. Whether it's a specially organised careers day, working student activities or final theses that can be written at INRO - we rely on the future workforce from our region. Every year, we attend the careers fair organised by Aschaffenburg Technical University in order to attract motivated young professionals, interns and working students. Close co-operation between us and the universities is therefore particularly important to us.<\/p>

The Aschaffenburg Technical College is also a regular guest at INRO. Our doors are also open to this educational institution, whether for a tour of the company or for project work that is part of the training at the technical school.<\/p>
