Development and production from a single source
Our teams of experts are united at one location: At INRO, all process steps from concept development to production of the final series take place at our company headquarters in Stockstadt am Main. This leads to efficiency, short distances and flexible coordination in the various specialist departments.
PEP
The product engineering process (PEP) is our core process for the successful development of your product. With this systematic approach, we ensure that we develop and manufacture high-quality products for you throughout the various phases.
Concept
Together with our interdisciplinary teams, we create a customised solution as a concept for our customers. The focus is on the overall system: what are the challenges and how can we solve them in an optimal, innovative and efficient way? With a good concept, we can keep processes lean and present initial results as quickly as possible.
Development
Our research and development department consists of electronics, software and design engineers who use their many years of experience to integrate the concept into your system. Our customers benefit from our experience not only in the area of product development, but above all in the areas of compliance, functional safety and security: the state of the art and innovative solutions from each of these areas are incorporated into our product development, making the product an all-round package.
Software development
We use suitable procedures to ensure functional safety in all phases of the software development process and check that they are properly applied.
Safety standards, such as DIN EN 61508 or DIN EN ISO 13849, already offer specific procedures for selection, which are based on the required safety standard (Safety Integrity Level (61508) or Performance Level (13849)).Â
Coding guidelines (best practices) and proven safety regulations such as MISRA are used when coding the embedded software. Compliance with these rules is checked automatically during development using tools for static code analysis.   Â

Hardware development
For us, modern products are characterised by a successful combination of powerful electronics and a mechanical design that is both functional and visually appealing.
Our products combine functionality with security. To achieve this, we define a suitable security architecture at the start of the design phase.
INRO uses its own circuit standards in hardware development, which have already been successfully used in many other products and certifications. Compliance with RoHS and Reach regulations is also a matter of course for us.

Construction
Our products are durable. That's why the technology we develop is embedded in housings that are ideally suited to the operating environment. We offer our customers robust and solid products that are certified according to various protection classes. Whether dust, water or clean room - we design customised products according to customer requirements. The latest 3D printing technology allows us to provide prototypes and samples quickly.
Manufacturing
At our site in Stockstadt am Main in the Rhine-Main region, we have our own production halls with modern production facilities. Experienced employees operate the machines and our in-house test centre, which carries out 100% testing of our assemblies and thus contributes to quality assurance. In addition to soldering systems suitable for high currents, we also have assembly lines for device and component assembly.
