For over 30 years, INRO in Stockstadt am Main in the centre of the FrankfurtRhineMain metropolitan region has been producing control systems and drive solutions that reliably set systems and machines in motion. Industrial trucks, construction machinery and pump systems are just a few examples where our solutions ensure that everything runs safely, precisely and efficiently every day. With around 150 employees, we realise all steps from the initial idea to series production directly at our site in Stockstadt am Main. In our team, people of different ages, experiences and nationalities work together on well thought-out products. In this way, new solutions for demanding applications are constantly being created, in which we utilise the latest technology. Short decision-making processes and regional ties characterise our daily work.

For the further expansion of our electronics development we are looking for a
Electronics Developer (m/f/d)
Your tasks

As a member of our electronics development team, you will develop control technology and power electronics assemblies and layouts. In close cooperation with other areas of our company, you will design technically sophisticated solutions for the e-mobility of tomorrow. We have many exciting tasks waiting for you where you can contribute your expertise and team spirit. These activities are part of your range of tasks:

  • Development of control technology and power electronics assemblies up to series production readiness
  • Circuit diagram and layout development of complex analogue and digital electronic assemblies in the field of e-mobility and electric drive technology
  • Evaluation of new circuit concepts and components using calculation and simulation tools
  • Calculation, testing, validation and documentation of circuit concepts and modules
  • Development of requirements and their associated test requirements
  • Implementation of development projects in accordance with DIN EN 61508 „Development of safety-related electrical, electronic and programmable electronic components“
Your profile
  • Completed studies in electrical engineering or extensive professional experience in the development of digital and analogue circuit technology and/or power electronics
  • Ideally experience in using tools for circuit design and layout (e.g. Altium Designer)
  • Knowledge of power electronics, control engineering and measurement technology
  • Ability to analyse complex tasks and develop solutions
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
