For over 30 years, INRO in Stockstadt am Main in the centre of the FrankfurtRhineMain metropolitan region has been producing control systems and drive solutions that reliably set systems and machines in motion. Industrial trucks, construction machinery and pump systems are just a few examples where our solutions ensure that everything runs safely, precisely and efficiently every day. With around 150 employees, we realise all steps from the initial idea to series production directly at our site in Stockstadt am Main. Your tasks

In our HR department, everything revolves around employees, trainees and applicants. Together with the specialist departments, we want to create a working environment for them in which everyone enjoys their work and can give their best. Does that sound good to you? Then join our three-person HR team and take on a varied area of responsibility. You will fit in best with us if you enjoy generalist HR work and are also open to other tasks (e.g. in HR marketing) and HR projects. The following activities are part of your area of responsibility:

  • You advise and support employees, working students, interns and trainees in close coordination with the managers and trainers in the specialist departments
  • As a sparring partner for our managers, you are the point of contact for all HR-related issues and provide support during change processes
  • You carry out operational HR processes (e.g. drafting contract amendments, organising annual employee appraisals, probationary period and BEM appraisals) and contribute your ideas for the continuous development of our HR tools
  • You will take on all tasks involved in recruiting employees for an assigned area, from creating a requirements profile to conducting interviews together with the specialist departments
  • You organise and design our university marketing activities (e.g. careers fairs, guided tours for students)
  • You organise onboarding and information events for employees
Your profile
  • Successfully completed commercial training and ideally an additional qualification in the field of HR management (e.g. certified HR specialist IHK) and/or business studies with a focus on HR management or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in personnel management
  • Confident manner and an outgoing personality with a sense of humour
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Very good German and good English skills
