For over 30 years, INRO in Stockstadt am Main in the centre of the FrankfurtRhineMain metropolitan region has been producing control systems and drive solutions that reliably set systems and machines in motion. Industrial trucks, construction machinery and pump systems are just a few examples where our solutions ensure that everything runs safely, precisely and efficiently every day. With around 150 employees, we realise all steps from the initial idea to series production directly at our site in Stockstadt am Main. We are continuing to grow and are looking for an
Software Developer Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) in the field of production technology

Your tasks

You are an important team member of our 6-person Production Technology department and use your knowledge and skills to develop application software and test programmes for in-circuit tests (ICT) and functional tests for our electronics production. There is a wide range of tasks for you: 

  • Developing, testing and documenting application software and test programmes in C#/.NET based on test specifications and circuit diagrams of printed circuit boards
  • Interface programming for connecting laboratory devices (digital multimeters, power supplies, electrical loads etc...) to the test software
  • Support (debugging) of the test software on the ICT and functional test benches in production, including the electrical assemblies to be tested and the test hardware
  • Commissioning of ICTs and functional tests
  • Automated recording, evaluation and visualisation of process and measurement data
  • Tracking the state of the art

Your profile

  • Completed studies in electrical engineering or completed further training as an electrical engineer
  • Good knowledge of digital and analogue circuit technology and measurement technology
  • Good knowledge of programming software in C#/.NET or similar programming languages
  • Ideally knowledge in the use of the version management system git (GitLab)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL databases desirable
  • Ideally knowledge of working with circuit board designers (Eagle, Altium, etc.)
  • Quality and process awareness and results-orientation
  • Ability to work in a team, good organisational skills and independent working style
  • Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
