For over 30 years, INRO in Stockstadt am Main in the centre of the FrankfurtRhineMain metropolitan region has been producing control systems and drive solutions that reliably set systems and machines in motion. Industrial trucks, construction machinery and pump systems are just a few examples where our solutions ensure that everything runs safely, precisely and efficiently every day. With around 150 employees, we realise all steps from the initial idea to series production directly at our site in Stockstadt am Main. In our team, people of different ages, experiences and nationalities work together on well thought-out products. In this way, new solutions for demanding applications are constantly being created, in which we utilise the latest technology. Interns or Working Students in Embedded Software Development (m/f/d)

Your tasks

As an intern or working student in our software development team, you'll gain practical experience during your studies.
Gain experience and discover many exciting fields of work:
• Support for current and innovative research and development projects
• Assisting with the design, development, and integration of embedded software for our products in the fields of e-mobility and IoT
• Commissioning and testing of hardware-near software solutions
• Support and further development of the software solutions from the initial idea to series production
• Evaluating and creating technical reports as part of the development process

Your profile

• Study of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Technical Computer Science or a comparable field
• Initial experience and knowledge in embedded programming (microcontrollers, SoCs)
• Basic knowledge of electronic components and circuits
• Interest and ability to analyse complex tasks and develop solutions
• Keenness to learn and an independent working style
Teamwork
• Very good German and good English language skills
