For over 30 years, INRO in Stockstadt am Main in the centre of the FrankfurtRhineMain metropolitan region has been producing control systems and drive solutions that reliably set systems and machines in motion. Industrial trucks, construction machinery and pump systems are just a few examples where our solutions ensure that everything runs safely, precisely and efficiently every day. With around 150 employees, we realise all steps from the initial idea to series production directly at our site in Stockstadt am Main. In our team, people of different ages, experiences and nationalities work together on well thought-out products. In this way, new solutions for demanding applications are constantly being created, in which we utilise the latest technology. Short decision-making processes and regional ties characterise our daily work.
Your tasks
Our back office is the central hub for many organisational processes within the company. Information comes together here, visitors are received, internal matters are coordinated, and administrative tasks are reliably completed. As a working student (m/f/d), you will support our back office in its day-to-day operations and gain practical insights into office organisation, commercial processes, and internal service processes. The following activities will be part of your area of responsibility:
- Support with general office and administrative activities, e.g. mail processing, filing, data maintenance and document management
- Assistance with order processing, purchase orders, invoice checking, and other administrative processes
- Assistance with the organisation and preparation of meetings, meeting rooms, and internal events
- Reception and care of visitors, as well as assistance with hospitality
- Maintenance of overviews, lists and analyses in MS Office
- Assisting with smaller projects and special organisational tasks in the back office
Your profile
- Currently studying, ideally in the field of business administration, industrial engineering, administration, communication, or a comparable subject.
- Interest in office organisation, commercial processes and administrative tasks
Structured, careful, and reliable approach to work - Friendly demeanour, team spirit and enjoyment of dealing with people
- Good MS Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
