Design Thinking Basecamp at INRO.
Design thinking is an agile, user-centred method for successfully designing innovative business models.
Especially in times of major transformation processes, disruptive technologies, oversaturated markets and changing customer expectations, this approach is a must-do in order to find innovative solutions to complex problems. To equip the INRO team for future challenges, an interdisciplinary working group took part in a Design Thinking Basecamp.
Various design thinking processes and methods were explored interactively in this multi-day seminar. Practical challenges strengthened our company's agile, creative and interdisciplinary way of working and innovative strength - always focussing on the user perspective. We had a lot of fun at this workshop and are more encouraged than ever to never lose sight of our customers and their needs.
