Lean @ INRO

Lean management as the basis for lean processes and continuous improvement along the entire value chain supports us in achieving our corporate goals.

As part of the Lean @ INRO initiative launched for this purpose, 12 INRO employees have now completed their qualification as Lean Coaches with "Lead to Lean® Bronze" at the S + P Academy of Dr Schönheit + P. Consulting GmbH.
We congratulate all new coaches and look forward to the next projects of the Lean @ INRO initiative!
