Top 100 Innovation Award 2023
We are very proud to announce that we are one of the top 100 most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany. The Top 100 Innovation Competition is the only competition that honours the innovation management and its success of medium-sized companies in Germany. The companies are assessed by the Top 100 jury on the basis of a scientifically sound analysis with more than 100 criteria in five different categories.

This guiding principle has characterised our business activities for more than 30 years. This is the only way we have been able to establish ourselves as a technology driver in Europe through many innovative solutions and by identifying substantial technology trends in the B2B business of electric commercial vehicles at an early stage.
At INRO, we live an open communication and error culture and pursue a strategy of internal knowledge management in order to secure expert knowledge in the long term and pass it on to the entire team. In addition to short decision-making processes, we work according to an "everything from a single source" philosophy, which enables us to achieve a high level of development and production expertise in order to stay ahead of our major competitors on the market. In line with the PARETO principle, we quickly take big steps towards our goals with manageable effort.
"Panta rhei" says the ancient Greek HERAKLIT, thus defining constant change as a prerequisite for our further development. And it is only on this basis that we have been able to expand INRO into a B2C provider with its own products over the last three years with a new management team despite the coronavirus and allocation crisis thanks to an incredible team effort.
From "hidden champion" to TOP brand even under difficult conditions. This has obviously also convinced the scientific advisory board of the TOP100 Innovator jury, which selected us as one of the 100 most innovative companies in the German SME sector from our very first application.
This makes us incredibly proud and confirms our goal of developing high-quality, innovative products in the centre of the Rhine/Main metropolitan region and manufacturing them in series on site.
