INRO company outing 2026

Also this year, INRO had a special shared experience on the program: our annual company walk, which this year took place around the Fasanerie in Aschaffenburg.

The focus of the day was not only physical activity in the fresh air and experiencing nature, but above all the personal exchange away from everyday work. The hiking route led over the Godelsberg, the Devil’s Chancel and the Wendelberg and offered impressive views, varied stops and numerous opportunities for good conversations in late summer weather.

It is precisely such joint activities that are an important component of our corporate culture. They create space for encounters, strengthen team cohesion, and promote open, personal exchanges across departmental and project boundaries.

The subsequent gathering in a convivial atmosphere with good food rounded off the day and once again made it clear how valuable shared experiences are for strong mutual cooperation.

As an employer, it is important to us not only to promote professional collaboration but also to create opportunities where community, appreciation, and team spirit can be experienced. The company walk is a beautiful example of this every year.
