Our motor controllers are available with cooling plates, air cooling, or liquid cooling, depending on the power density, thermal requirements, and environmental conditions. This allows for targeted adaptation of thermal management to the specific application and ensures reliable operation.

The TMC - Triple Motion Control

The Drive control Triple Motion Control (TMCs) is a 3-axis control system comprising three independently operating subsystems, each with its own power stage and controller. Via the CAN bus, you can efficiently, reliably, and safely operate all types of mobile work machines with up to three drives, such as: travel, steering, and pump drives, or two travel drives and a hydraulic power unit. By connecting two outputs in parallel, short-term currents of up to 900 Aeff are possible.

Single motion controller

The Drive control Single Motion Control (SMC) is a 1-axis control. It offers a variety of I/Os for reading sensors and setpoint generators, as well as for setting outputs and switching loads. This allows you to efficiently, reliably, and safely operate all types of machines with a single drive, such as travel or pump drives.

INRO Motor Controller CPC

The CPC2 is an integrated power and control unit for actuating and regulating electric drives in mobile working machines and industrial plants. It is used for speed and torque control of travel, hydraulic, and ancillary drives, as well as for safe power distribution and power shutdown within an electrically operated system. Furthermore, it performs additional functions.

IFG
The IF generator guide generator from INRO

The IF generator (IFG) is a signal generator specially developed for the field of inductively guided vehicles. It allows the injection of alternating current signals of constant amplitude and frequencies into the buried guide wires.

  • High-precision and quartz-stable sine waves with digital sine wave generators
  • Connection of up to four guide wires with a length of up to 1000 m
  • Simultaneous connection of up to three different AC signals in a single guide wire
  • Stepless adjustment of any frequency/current combinations between 2 and <9 kHz as well as 25 and 100 mA via a PC connected via an RS232 cable
