We have once again been recognised as a Top 100 Innovator

We are very proud to have made it into the top 100 most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany for the second time in a row. The Top 100 Innovation Competition is the only one of its kind to recognise the innovation management and success of medium-sized companies. The selection is based on more than 100 different criteria in five categories of a scientifically sound study. The companies are assessed on this basis.

Why were we honoured again this year?

At INRO, we believe that innovative thinking starts with open communication. Through our internal knowledge management, we want to retain expert knowledge within the company in the long term and make it accessible to everyone in the team. Whether document management systems or our intranet - knowledge is passed on in a targeted manner. Our location in Stockstadt, where everyone works together, not only ensures short decision-making paths, but also means that everything is available from a single source.

This gives us a high level of development and production expertise, enabling us to set ourselves apart from the major competitors on the market. We attach great importance to regionality, not only for our high-quality products, but also for our employees. We have been co-operating with various technical colleges and universities for a long time.

For us, innovation means constant further development - be it to expand the variety of products relating to our intelligent charging solutions, to recognise and follow new trends on the market or to introduce lean management methods to counteract waste and ensure targeted and continuous improvement.

The year 2024 has only just begun and we still have a lot planned, because as a trendsetter we strive for constant progress. We are delighted that we were once again able to convince the jury of the Top 100 Innovators of our company and the associated innovations this year. INRO stands for high-quality and innovative products that are developed in the centre of the Rhine/Main metropolitan region and manufactured in series on site - a goal that we want to continue to pursue with new ideas and innovations.
