A strong management team for a strong future

Simon Stumpf and Andreas Böttler joined the management of INRO Elektrotechnik and INRO ETMS at the beginning of March 2025, strengthening the existing management team led by owners Barbara and Michael Ries. Together, they will form the four-member management team in future - with even more experience, expertise and innovative strength.

The expansion of the management team is a deliberate step to boldly and effectively shape the further development of INRO under rapidly changing external conditions. In a time full of disruptive changes, we are focussing on strategic reinforcement: because times of change are also times of new opportunities. Change challenges - and encourages: Our new management team is ready to courageously help shape precisely this path.

With the now broad-based management of INRO, we are creating the best possible basis for reacting flexibly and with foresight to the new challenges of the industry. As has been the case for more than 30 years, the topics of sustainability, automation and innovation will play a central role in the direction of INRO Elektrotechnik.

More shoulders, more talent, more ideas - this expansion enables us to utilise potential in an even more targeted manner, drive innovation and further strengthen our partnership-based approach.
