POWERING INNOVATION.
CREATING SOLUTIONS.
Visit INRO Elektrotechnik at LogiMAT at our stand 1GA72 and discover innovative solutions for the latest Drive technology for industrial trucks, lifting platforms, mobile robots and co.
We support our customers as a partner from the product idea through to series production and manufacture the components in our professional production facility in the centre of Germany.
We look forward to presenting our latest technologies to you in person and talking to you.
A solution for
several motors.
What are the challenges?
A growing number of control units means a lot of cabling in the installation space. These must be integrated reliably, safely and clearly at all times - a real challenge for modern vehicle concepts.
Solution from INRO
A drive control unit for all types of mobile machinery with up to three drives, such as travel, steering and pump drives or two travel drives and a hydraulic unit.
Technical details
With our Triple Motion Controller (TMC) technology, we can guarantee less cabling with less installation effort and fewer sources of error.
Powerful motor control
in the smallest installation space.
What are the challenges?
High functionality and reliability in the smallest of spaces with hard-to-reach areas.
Solution from INRO
With our latest development, we are setting new standards in motor control in the smallest of installation spaces. The SMC combines high performance with exceptional longevity and thus enables significantly reduced maintenance cycles.
Thanks to its compact design, it is the ideal solution for applications with extreme space restrictions - without compromising on reliability and efficiency.
Technical details
The Single Motion Controller (SMC) can be used to flexibly control a wide variety of motor types such as ASM, SRM or BLDC. Despite its compact design and low weight, the controller is designed for a long service life of over 50,000 operating hours.
Increased efficiency in the narrow-aisle warehouse.
What are the challenges?
Every centimetre counts in narrow aisles. Industrial trucks move at a minimum distance from the racking - this saves space, but increases the requirements for precision, safety and reliability.
At the same time:
high travelling and lifting speeds must be possible
increase the handling capacity
relieve the driver
All this can only be realised with a reliable guidance system.
Solution from INRO
A guide wire laid in the floor defines the lane of your industrial trucks. It has a diameter of approx. 6 mm and is
is installed approx. 2 cm deep and is therefore permanently protected and low-maintenance.
Technical details
With our inductive guidance generator (IFG) technology, the wire is energised and generates a defined frequency. Our Wire Guidance Antenna (WGA) sensors reliably detect this signal and keep the vehicle precisely on course.
