For over 30 years, INRO in Stockstadt am Main in the centre of the FrankfurtRhineMain metropolitan region has been producing control systems and drive solutions that reliably set systems and machines in motion. Industrial trucks, construction machinery and pump systems are just a few examples where our solutions ensure that everything runs safely, precisely and efficiently every day. With around 150 employees, we realise all steps from the initial idea to series production directly at our site in Stockstadt am Main. In our team, people of different ages, experiences and nationalities work together on well thought-out products. In this way, new solutions for demanding applications are constantly being created, in which we utilise the latest technology. Short decision-making processes and regional ties characterise our daily work.
Your tasks
You are an important part of our IT team, which maintains and continuously improves our IT infrastructure with servers (Windows & Linux), switches and around 300 clients. As the first point of contact and problem solver for our various departments, you work together with your three colleagues to ensure smooth IT operations. You will play an active role in the further development of our system landscape and contribute your ideas. Whether you are a career starter or an experienced administrator, we have many exciting tasks waiting for you where you can apply your expertise and team spirit. Your varied and demanding responsibilities will include in particular:
- Administration and monitoring of our server infrastructure and business applications (VMware, Veeam, PRTG Network Monitoring, ...)
- Network support (LAN, WLAN, firewall)
- First- and Second-Level Support
- Administration and further development of our Microsoft 365 environment
- Use and further development of our patch and client management solution
- Management of the IT infrastructure in cooperation with external service providers
- Documentation of IT systems and software configurations
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, a comparable qualification or several years of experience in the field of IT administration
- Good knowledge of server and network administration
- Previous experience in working with client management solutions is an advantage
- Experience in the field of Sophos firewalls & Sophos Endpoint Protection is an advantage
- Experience in the Microsoft 365 environment is desirable
- High awareness of quality and processes
- Team player skills & good communication skills
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
