For over 30 years, INRO in Stockstadt am Main in the centre of the FrankfurtRhineMain metropolitan region has been producing control systems and drive solutions that reliably set systems and machines in motion. Industrial trucks, construction machinery and pump systems are just a few examples where our solutions ensure that everything runs safely, precisely and efficiently every day. With around 150 employees, we realise all steps from the initial idea to series production directly at our site in Stockstadt am Main. We are looking to recruit a
Soldering machine operator wave soldering / Production employee THT (m/f/d)

Your tasks

As an employee in our electronics manufacturing, you are an important part of the INRO team, and only with your effort and commitment can we produce flawless products for our customers. You will carry out these varied tasks in our electronics production independently and according to written work instructions. Your responsibilities include:

  • Operation of our wave soldering machine in the THT
  • Assessment of solder joints of THT and SMT components

  • Creating placement, print, and solder (reflow) programs

  • Carrying out maintenance work according to the maintenance plan

  • Support for our SMT and final assembly manufacturing areas

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in a technical field

  • Professional experience in the THT environment

  • Experience in operating soldering systems, particularly wave soldering systems, is desirable.

  • Basic computer skills

  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity

  • Reliability, commitment and ability to work in a team

  • Flexibility and high quality awareness

  • Good written and spoken German

  • Willingness to work shifts (Monday to Friday)
