Design Thinking Basecamp at INRO.

Design thinking is considered an agile, user-centred method for successfully designing innovative business models.

Especially in times of major transformation processes, disruptive technologies, oversaturated markets and changing customer expectations, this approach is a must-do to find innovative solutions to complex problems.

In order to optimally equip the INRO team for future challenges, an interdisciplinary working group participated in a Design Thinking Basecamp.

In this multi-day seminar, various design thinking processes and methods were interactively highlighted. Practical challenges strengthened the agile, creative and interdisciplinary way of working and innovation of our company - always with the user perspective in focus.

We had a lot of fun at this workshop and are more than ever encouraged to never lose sight of our customers and their needs.
